These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and phdrem ("phdrem," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the phdrem platform available at phdrem.vip, including all games, features, services, and content provided therein.

By registering an account, accessing the phdrem website or any of its sections, or by placing any wager or bet on the platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the phdrem platform.

2.1 Minimum Age. Access to phdrem and participation in real-money gaming is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is imposed by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law. phdrem enforces this restriction through mandatory identity verification (KYC) procedures.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of phdrem is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located. phdrem does not permit access by residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. Access from such jurisdictions is strictly forbidden.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not permitted to register or maintain an account on phdrem:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of phdrem or its parent companies, subsidiaries, or business partners, and their immediate family members;
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from phdrem or from gambling activities pursuant to any self-exclusion program;
• Individuals prohibited from gambling by order of any competent authority or court;

2.4 Representation. By registering on phdrem, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in this section and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account on the phdrem platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited. phdrem reserves the right to close all accounts held by the same individual without prior notice and to forfeit any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your phdrem account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdrem login credentials, including your username and password. phdrem will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must immediately notify phdrem support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). phdrem may require identity verification at any point, including at registration, upon withdrawal requests, or when unusual account activity is detected. Requested documents may include a government-issued identification card (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.5 Account Suspension and Closure. phdrem reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without notice where phdrem reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or any other conduct that phdrem deems harmful to the platform or its users.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phdrem accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. phdrem may add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your phdrem account balance on an instant or near-instant basis. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing timelines of the respective financial institution and may take longer during non-business hours, weekends, or Philippine public holidays.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified phdrem accounts are processed within the timeframes specified in phdrem's cashier section. phdrem reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing any withdrawal and to delay or suspend withdrawals pending the outcome of such verification.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on phdrem are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. phdrem is not responsible for currency conversion charges applied by your payment provider.

4.5 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the phdrem cashier section and may be updated without prior notice. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

4.6 Prohibited Transactions. You must not use phdrem to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. phdrem complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.

5.1 General. phdrem may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. phdrem reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit associated winnings if phdrem determines, in its sole judgment, that a player has exploited bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any other means designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal. phdrem reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Current promotions are displayed in the phdrem promotions section and may change periodically.

6.1 You agree not to use phdrem for any purpose that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise in violation of these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Opening or operating multiple phdrem accounts;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, advantage play that is prohibited by game rules, or exploitation of software errors or bugs;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the phdrem platform;
• Using phdrem for any money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any purpose prohibited by Philippine law;
• Sharing account access with third parties or allowing minors to access your phdrem account.

6.2 phdrem reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of this section and to forfeit all balances associated with such account, subject to applicable law.

7.1 All content on the phdrem platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of phdrem or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use phdrem solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other use of phdrem's intellectual property is permitted without prior written consent.

7.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phdrem content without express written authorisation.

8.1 Platform Availability. phdrem does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Maintenance windows, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phdrem's control may occasionally affect availability. phdrem will not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.

8.2 Gambling Losses. phdrem shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred by players in the ordinary course of using the platform. By using phdrem, you accept that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are not guaranteed.

8.3 Indirect Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phdrem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phdrem platform, even if phdrem has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.4 Third-Party Content. Games available on phdrem are provided by third-party game developers. phdrem acts as a platform operator and is not responsible for any technical errors or malfunctions originating within third-party game software beyond phdrem's reasonable control.

9.1 phdrem is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended for entertainment purposes only and must not be used as a financial solution or income source.

9.2 Player Protection Tools. phdrem provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of phdrem shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and phdrem. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

10.3 phdrem operates in compliance with PAGCOR's online gaming regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved by phdrem may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

11.1 phdrem reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, phdrem will provide reasonable notice via the platform or to your registered email address.

11.2 Your continued use of the phdrem platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using phdrem and may request account closure.
