phdrem Privacy Policy

phdrem ("phdrem," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the personal data of every player who uses the phdrem online gaming platform at phdrem.vip. • Service providers: Payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank), identity verification providers, cloud hosting providers, and customer support platform providers engaged to deliver services on phdrem's behalf. Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, phdrem will securely delete or anonymise your personal data unless retention is required by a superseding legal obligation.

phdrem implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the risk of processing your personal data. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and phdrem servers;
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including KYC documents and payment information;

The phdrem platform is strictly intended for individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine gambling regulations. phdrem does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.

phdrem employs mandatory age verification during the account registration and KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under the minimum age will be immediately closed, and any funds deposited (less any bonuses received) will be returned to the payment source.
